Due to generous "word of mouth" referrals, we are often at full enrollment levels. We would love to have you visit us at an Open House to consider placement on our waiting list.
January 2012 - At this time, we have a number of spaces for three year olds. Please contact Preschool Director, Anne Bauer at aelizabauer@yahoo.com to inquire about space. We also have space for a toddler with a birth date between September and December 2010. Please contact I/T Director, Rose Griffin at rgriffin04@yahoo.com to inquire about this space. All our other age groups are completely enrolled. The enrollment process:
The bulk of enrollment takes place over the summer for the new school year in September. However, periodically spaces open up throughout the year. Once new enrollmemts are identified off of our waiting list the new families are notified of openings in the late spring, May.
Aquatic Park school is solefy funded by parent tuition therefore siblings and children of teachers receive priority on the waitlists. Priority for enrollment is given in the following order:
• employees
• Siblings of enrollees
• returning families
• friends of the community
Interested families must submit a completed waitlist application form accompanied by a non refundable waitlist fee ($25).
Aquatic Park School accepts low income, subsidize families whose tuition may come from an AP and/or resource and referral agency. Please contact us for more information or indicate you are interested in funding on the wait list application. We are committed to serving all families from all socio-economic backgrounds and we also work internally with families to provide financial support.
Due to the high demand for quality childcare, APS works off of our waitlist. As a precaution, we not only strongly recommend that you submit an application(s) as early as possible, but we also urge you to apply to more than one childcare center. Applications are accepted anytime. We do not contact you when we recieve your application. You can check your status on the waiting list when you attend an open house or email us. Admission ProcessOnce a family has been notified and accepts an opening, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. The deposit is non-refundable unless a 60-day notice is given prior to the scheduled enrollment date. If an offer of space comes less than 30 days prior to the schedule start, the deposit is non-refundable.
Materials fee - yearly $200 per family.
Earthquake fee- $15 yearly per child.

Closed all Federal Holidays and 4 additional staff development days a year. Closed one week in Spring, one week in winter and one week at the end of August. (see yearly calendar).
Here are the enrollment steps:
1. Download our wating list form
2. Return the form with a $25 non -refundable fee.
3. Attend an open house when available
4. Space opens up, we call you to come in for a visit with your child
5. Pay a $500 not-refundable deposit
6. You meet with your child’s teacher or director for a family intake.
7. Your child starts APS
